You're apparently right on the number of years but you still distorted things a bit.   The Secretary said he knew of no prosecutions not that there was no fraud.
Not a great difference but you have a habit of changing the  wording slightly.    Usually to make things sound worse than they are.   Consider this your apology

All I wanted was to ask if any kind person here might know something about these damn old trucks without giving a fortune to some auction house. If I knew it would have spiraled into this mountain of disrespect I'd have told my grandson to take em home. But I really thought at least one of the grown men here might  be knowledgeable and or a collector and seriously set aside all the goofy stuff for at least a moment to help. But it really seems that once you disagree with someone especially politically------ good luck.
