In spite of some peoples speed limiting, physical, unfortunate dexterity capabilities. The point was there and all too easy to understand considering the specifics of the off the wall banter. The Fox Respected Neighbor USA 856 Posts	I'm with the "what the hell is a bit of peddle" crowd on this one. I'm also confused with the sentence fragment here beginning with "in spite of".
