I saw this today on one of the other forums:
"Yesterday, 1 August 2012, an apparent wannabe felon with inferior observation
instincts attempted to carjack a car in downtown Shreveport, La -- how
unobservant was he??????
He attempted, in broad daylight, to carjack an
unmarked Louisiana State Police unit stopped at a traffic light on downtown
Spring Street (right in the heart of the business district) -- he walked up to
the unit, began yanking on the door handles to open the car doors and allegedly
ordering the occupants to una** the vehicle -- while allegedly threatening them
with bodily harm.
He quickly figured out that the door handles were
locked (clearly indicating he had a few functioning brain cells) and then
realized who the occupants of the unit were:
Occupants: an undercover LSP
detective and 2 US Marshalls from the US Marshall's from the US Marshall
Fugitive Task Force.
They promptly exited the vehicle and apprehended the
suspect, a 25 yr old man. Suspect is in custody on attempted carjacking
charges.
Whatever happened to the concept of "cunning" felons scouting
out hapless victims before implementing their felonious schemes -- looks like
another failure to blame on our public schools
"Dudes, if
they're in a white Crown Vic with big black radial tires, a couple of antennas,
with some hidden LED lights at the top of the front and rear glass, probably not
a group of
school crossing guards -- find an easier target."
Thinning
the herd, daily (as our mentor, Darwin, would say). "

Almost all these low lifes have one thing in common! Know what it is? I'll tell ya: They all have poor judgement.
