"Iowa is one of the very few states that has never kept a general election presidential candidate off its ballot," said ballot-access historian Richard Winger. "It is a policy that saves money and work for elections officials, because Iowa doesn't need to tally write-in votes for presidential candidates when all such significant candidates are on the ballot."
According to Dearn, the Romney campaign is using similar tactics to keep Gov. Johnson off the ballot in Michigan and Pennsylvania.

How true. Now they are going after Gary Johnson. When are the members of this party going to speak up and say we have had enough. The corruption exhibited by the party towards Ron Paul shows the whole world what a corrupt and criminal organization both parties have become. Why would the people elect either of these two bums. It is up to us to speak up, and not just on FB. Write letters to the editor, etc, let your voice be heard. Now that they ran over Ron Paul, we can still pay them back and vote in Gary Johnson.
