Republibub is mad that democracy worked in the Democrat-controlled Senate. What he meant to say was that the failing Democrats could not garner the 60 votes required for passage.

You see, republibub still has that bad taste in his mouth from the 2010 mid-term elections that allowed more Republicans into the Senate. While still in charge; they fail at mustering enough votes. And THAT is how democracy works.
