I drive by the Musser Park skate board ramps at least 4 times each day and seldom see anyone using them. Where you can see skateboarding is at Kent-Stein. There, the kids ride their boards along the tops of picnic tables. Makes me wonder why we spent all that money. Also, the " Boyz " who claimed ownership of our riverfront BB courts sound like some of the riff-raff sent to Iowa from our friends in Il. who can no longer afford to house them. This has become a real problem for many eastern Ia. communities like Ia. City, Burlington, Dav., and Clinton. It's called "Greyhound Therapy". Just export the trouble makers. Problem solved.
I hear ya. We're dealing with some of those where I live too. They brought their attitude and bad manners with them.
How's that frisbee golf doing? Anybody still doing that?
