Quit pussyfooting around.   Print them all out, unedited and in context, and let's see what you have.

Uh oh, looks like we won't see this.

You sure like to make use of the words "pussy" and "slut", don't you?

Uh, oh...mallcontent is so worried about this that she had to hijack another post. Hee Hee Hee. I like to watch her squirm like this!

Remember when you told justcurious that you don't bring (family members); wives, daughters, sisters, etc., into these conversations here?

So where is it?

"I was talking about what Ryan said, not Moses or Jesus."

You were questioning the validity of what Ryan said.  I showed it was valid.

It was not valid.   You can't simply dismiss all the contrary evidence.   Just because it doesn't agree with your particular interpretation of your beliefs.

Explaining to a dunce why Ryan said what he said is difficult.  Ryan said what he said because he is familiar with Jesus' teachings about marriage.  Those teachings occured a couple thousand years ago.  It seems simple to me.  Maybe too complicated for you.

He may be familiar with the teachings of Jesus, but those  teachings are not the sum of cuvilization for thousands of years.

"We believe marriage should always be defined as between a man and a woman," he said. That's the definition that's worked for thousands of years, it's the cradle of the culture of our civilization."

This what channel six reported.

Is she too dense to read the words "culture of our civilization"?

Islamic countries? Africa? Islam? Early China? You probably would like Islam to be part of our civilization, huh? What have any of these to do with Romney/Ryan's view on marriage in OUR civilization.

I'm a little more inclusive when it comes to what is our civilization.   But even with what I think yours might be, you are dismissing Solomon, another 30 or 40 people mentioned in the Bible and Romney's ancestors.

There are currently still some off-shoots of the Mormon religion who practice polygamy.

And if you search, you can find quite a few more multiple marriages in more recent Christianity since the Bible was written.

Ryan was referring to the definition accepted for the last two thousand years in the Judeo-Christian Western culture.  You know......the one we live in!  God you are dense.

He was not referring to any other culture or epoc.  He didn't need to.  Other periods and culture do not apply to what we have traditionally accepted in our culture for a couple thousand years (up to about the 1990's, when a small segment of our society decided to try to change our culture).

I cannot waste anymore time with you on this.  It is very clear.  If you don't understand it you are either choosing not to understand it, or you are hopelessly slow witted.

You get an F, and I'm afraid you must again don the dunce cap and go sit in the corner.
