On 04/06/1917 DEMOCRAT Woodrow Wilson engaged in WW1, killing some 10+ million US troops.

On 12/08/1941 DEMOCRAT FD Roosevelt engaged in WW2, killing some 20+ million US troops.

On 06/27/1950, DEMOCRAT Truman engaged in the Korean war, killing some 33,686 US troops.

On 02/28/1961, DEMOCRAT Kennedy engaged in the Viet Nam war (official dates from DOD-(not Eisenhower)), killing some 47,424 US troops.

Hmmmmm....all DEMOCRATS with more US troops killed than any Republican in history.

But the first casualty on the Viet Memorial was killed while Eisenhower was in office.   John Foster Dulles, Eisenhower's Secretary of State, canceling the unification vote was the cause.

I'm not weeping.   WW II and Korea were difficult to avoid.   The others, not so much.   Especially, Grenada, Lebanon and Panama.
