The more apt point would be stated----
They weren't voted out. Not Guilty doesn't mean innocent. Besides on the other side of the coin--------a larger senate was voted in. Just as the 47% crowd spoke so did not the 53%. Gridlock isn't always a bvad thing ---true. But to openly and loudly declare their intent isn't gridlock----it's blatant obstructionism and each who made such declarations should be removed from office apathy and constituency aside. Don't forget as you label good folks with rude and uncalled for terms of disrespect.
