Muscatine

Based on today's happening in Conn. I feel it is time to let all of us carry a piece.  I'm talking about a good caliber hog leg, or at least a 9mm.  Stop a nut job in his tracks before he gets a chance to pick on kids.  Don't neutralize, blow him away.

Even if everyone carried, we would still have these.  The only way to fix the problem is to fix the absolutely broken psychological system so we can find them before they strike.  We spend millions putting people in jail for smoking a joint, but won't spend hardly anything fixing peoples minds.  Look at Nedi, Just Curious, and Republican for example.

Once again the uninformed have embarrassed themself. Somebody has no clue what Muscatine County's mental health budget is....

The budget is by no means large enough.  Secondly, shouldn't this mental health be in schools to catch the cause early?
