Actually, making it easier for immigrants to get guns makes perfect sense. Look at where they work: taxicabs... convenience stores... motels... restaurants... all places where they may need a gun to defend themselves. Besides, you know they're getting guns illegally anyway. It would be nice if they got them over-the-counter like the rest of us and paid the sales tax. It would improve the quality of firearms in their possession, instead of a hand-me-down, misfiring piece with the serial number ground off.
