Do you think anyone will die from injuries in non-speeding homicide vehicle accidents? You'll have to clarify what you're trying to say here. By definition people die in homicide vehicle accidents. It makes no difference if they are speeding or not. Then please try to connect it to background checks at gun shows. Like driver's licenses; background checks do nothing for verifying mental stability. Or mental stability in the future, for that matter. They are useful as far as they go though. Should go further.
