They will require you to provide firearm possession and "turn in" information on your tax returns.  (see same deal on obamacare)  If they believe you are in possession of "now illegal" firearms, they will be able to get a warrant to search your home/office, etc. and confiscate whatever they want.  If they find you in violation (and they will find ways to do that) you will be prosecuted for filing a false tax return.    etc., etc., etc.

Wyoming Lawmakers Propose ‘Gun Protection’ Legislation

Several Wyoming lawmakers are proposing legislation designed to protect gun-owners from any potential federal firearm ban. The “Firearms Protection Act” bill, introduced this week, would make any federal law banning semi-automatic firearms or limiting the size of gun magazines unenforceable within the state’s boundaries.

Anyone trying to enforce a federal gun ban could face felony charges under the proposal. It also includes a provision allowing the Wyoming Attorney General’s office to defend any state resident against any federal firearm ban.

I know you can't have that suff.   I just wanted you to at least recognize that regulation is possible and required.   That "shall not be infringed" doesn't mean regulations can't be in place.   And that "well regulated" maybe does mean regulated.
