"this fellow here, over here with the yellow shirt, macaca, or whatever his name is.  He's my opponent. He's following us everywhere. And it's great. .... Let's give a welcome to macaca, here. Welcome to America and the real world o9f Virginia."

Sen. George Allen (R-VA) in 2006, ridiculing S. R. Sidarth, a 20-year-old Virginia native of Indian desent, by using an ethnic slur referring to a type of monkey found mainly in Asia.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you are a mile away from them and you have their shoes.

I find it quite interesting that people would make requests that they themselves are unable to do.  This "republican" person asks for no name calling and then turns around and does the exact thing they request others not to do in another posting.  It is getting understandable why most of the postings in here are unreasonable, people ask for "proof" when they themselves do not actually know what is believable proof.  Ask yourself, "would a jury have a reason to believe what I am about to post?".  I hear so many say that they have "proof" and when you ask what that is they say it is because "they know for a fact".  Let me explain very quickly, because you "know for a fact" is probably one of the most overused and unprovable statements made.  I would honestly have to say that my belief is close to ninety five percent of what I read here in this blog site is nothing more than opinion.  I do not get upset because I know most of the people posting believe what they are saying and have no idea if it is provable or not, and do not actually care.  For the most part I generally ignor most of the long winded quoted posts because if I wanted to read what they contain I am able to go to the website from where they came.  I already have my own opinion of events and politics and do not care what yours are, but I may read what you write and that only allows me to form an opinion about you, not the event or political happening.  I am an Independent so I do not aspire to believe what either political party thinks or says.  I see what they do or say and again form my own opinion or belief.  If I were ignorant enough to believe that anyone running for any office is going to actually do everything they say they are I would probably not vote because it would be a waste of time.  I look at what they have done in the past to garner my beliefs and vote accordingly.  I dislike people that want to blame everyone else for their own short commings.

All that being said unless you are willing to participate in a certain activity it unreasonable to expect the same of others.  I actually had more to say but I hate posting and will stop boring those that read this.  May God bless each of you and hold you and yours close.
