Government should build and distribute exercise bikes with electricity generators built in. They could be wired into the grid and each would have a meter attached. Every unemployed healthy adult in America would get one. You want to eat and have a buck or two, start pedaling. The meter would determine how much you get.

It would help provide cheap power for America and get people in shape too.

And, a lot of people would be put to work building these devices.

Speaking of  Mr. Green Algore, I saw his appearence on the Ellen show the other day.  Is he getting goofier as he gets older?  Sure seems to be.
