The EPA is about to make Muscatine County a Non Attainment area, and many citizens are saying oh, well that's just the smell of money.  Did any of you ever consider this pollution is killing you as well?

What's nor relevant? Is that anything like a noreaster? Or Nor to Alaska?

census was 36.5, compared with 37.6 statewide and 36.2 nationwide.
