He is only saddened by the fact that another terrorist attack has happened under his watch on US soils, and now he looks bad. Especially with the FBI knowledge of one of them two yrs ago. You are right, he was not wiping tears. We all knew he wasn't wiping tears but he thought he was fooling us by touching his eyelid and indeed, the media reported on a tearful potus. Fools!
