By the way,  It is quite clear that the obumbler breached his constitutional duties, when he effectively wrote into law the failed DREAM Act.  ie.:  His administration announced in June that it would not deport many illegal aliens under 30 who came to this country as children.  His deliberate violation of constitutional "Take Care" clause may be grounds for impeachement!

Care Clause, coupled with related constitutional provisions,
establishes that the president has a duty to enforce the laws. The
Constitution confers no express or implied power or authority not to
enforce the laws. On the face of it, the administration breached
its constitutional duty by refusing to enforce the immigration law in
(up to) 1.7 million cases.
