Missouri and the Obama administration were asking the Supreme Court to endorse a blanket rule that would have allowed the tests without a warrant."

Liberals everywhere say that nobama does not want to get rid of the second amendment; but here is proof that he wanted to get rid of the 4th Amendment. But just like his weapons bill chipping away at the 2nd Amendment, that was shot down by the democrat-controlled senate; the wisdom of the supreme court slapped obama after his attempt at pissing on the constitution again. Gets even better when the justice that is quoted is one nobama appointed!

And a chorus of fools just nod and blindly follow him to destruct the United States of America.  We need to educate some folks. Any ideas anyone?

The obumbler, like most elected officials, took an oath to "preserve, protect, and defend our constitution".  Most of us kind of focus on the protect and defend aspect of that oath.  But I want you to think about the oath to "preserve" the constituion?  What does preserve actually mean?  How do you preserve the constituton?  Certainly not by allowing it to corrode into a meaningless old idea, by ignoring it and side stepping it all the time.  That "preserve" part also suggests that the original instruction and laws set out in the constitution were not meant to be changed in an ad hoc manner, does it.  You wouldn't have to strain yourself to convince me that the obumbler and others are not fulfilling their legal oath.

I read in the QC Times this am that the pospotus will now use some kind of executive power to expand background checks for guns even tho it was not passed by vote in the democratically dominate United States Senate.
