Muscatine

Is the City of Muscatine designing ways of spending and wasting taxpayers dollars.  Now they want a big circle in Muscatine so they can go round and round and never go forward.  IT seems the City Administrator wants it, so it will happen.  The council will do anything that man wants. I wonder if he will chair the circle jerk?

Come on City Council, get some balls say no for once and quit wasting money. 

Life in "the big house" must have been rough. You sound bitter.  Was there vaseline involved?

Sad part is somewhat have to agree with this "republican" person on the intent of this post.  It seems the city council does spend a considerable amount of time trying to find someplace they can put one of these "round abouts".  Obviously they have not listened to the citizens over the many years they continually attempt to get one put at the bottom of Green Street.  The majority of people that live here do not want anything to do with a roundabout and the council has not given any reasonable argument  as to why we should allow them to throw our tax dollars at an experiment. 

Absolutely agree, Logic.  My point, however poorly made, was that the message often gets lost when the messenger is a true a$$hole.....like Republican.  He's just the kind of guy you don't want on your side.
