It's time for him to be shown the door. Ya gotta be kiddin' me, right? nobama's US marshals had known/suspected terrorists as witnesses on the no-fly list. The give them new names.....and don't put those names on the no-fly list. Seems nobama now has some missing terrorists. Tell me once again, davieboy, how much safer we are under nobama's reign? All these calamities could not have been written better by the Saturday Night Live writing staff. Unbelievable! We also have on the list of unbelievable f ups is the boston bomber who went to russia, came back and built bombs and IED's but by golly homeland security interviewed him and of course they were alerted when he left the country, but not when he returned. WHAT? We get a few messages from russia - you remember who they are right? - about this guy and his mama who are seemingly radicalized. He leaves the country and come back and no one knows. That guy napolitano gets in front of a committee and on tv and says basically that they, the dept of homeland security, did all that they should have. We have DHS, DOJ,IRS,State Dept, and the potus all claiming that they either did not know or it was not their job to know. He said that Congress would have to work with him to invest in security at our foreign embassies. Did we not know that he would try to weasel out of this? If the media buys this lie we need to get smarter reporters for sure. So the 'acting head' of IRS was asked to resign. He was not in that position when all this shit started and was due to leave in a couple of weeks. Big sacrifice huh? Will NOT fix the culture that this potus has espoused throughout the admin. If a person or a group does not agree with every pearl that is put forth from the mouth of barack hussein - they are bad or subversive and need to be targeted. Circuit in ruling that President Barack Obama’s recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board were unconstitutional, concluding that some board actions taken in the wake of those appointments were also invalid. The issue has far-reaching implications for both the NLRB and other boards, including Obama’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which has been a frequent target of conservatives and whose director was a recess appointment. The 2-1 decision Thursday from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (posted here) found that the presidential recess appointment power is limited to breaks between sessions of Congress, not breaks within sessions or other adjournments during which the Senate might meet in pro forma sessions.
