What you see is sewage water flooding the streets where children and adults alike have to traverse for their daily routines. Sewage can cause a cholera epidemic.
As a result of the inhuman siege imposed by the pseudo state of Israel, the Gazans not only suffer the shortages of the necessary staples but they also have to live with the constant threat of diseases as they are forced to exist in these conditions.
The pumps at the sewerage processing plant need fuel to operate, fuel does not reach Gaza; it is prevented from reaching them by the so called “enlightened” and “civilized” people who occupy their land and use their children for target practice.
And the world is still silent!
I agree, the Israelis withhold supplies in a sometimes arrogant manner, sometimes an arbitrary manner and sometimes in a deliberate manner to produce a violent reaction which suits their purpose of claiming all Arabs are horrid people and out to get them which they then use to justify even more harsh treatment.
I'm not convinced the picture was taken in Gaza though. I think further south.
