Just observed the Muscatine City Council meeting. Man, what a unusual happening. My question. Does the City Council work for the City Administrator, or does the City Administrator work for the City Council?
Almost $5,000,000.00 taxpayer gift to GPC?
Even though the Stateprovides the service, the City will do it with their own staff and obsorb the cost themselves? Why? |
