We know that there is the option and due to the fact that many have deep-seated negative feelings about abortion, indeed, taxpayer funds should not be available or used to fund abortions. As to your question 'what about Planned Parenthood?' That, msmal, is essentially taxpayer money. As to the majority of the rest of your queries - most of those situations are covered in most states.

If you, personally, want to help your neighbor pay for birth control or an abortion, go over and knock on the door and open your wallet but for the govt to pay for it with taxpayers money is a no go in my book.
This sounds to me like abortion is not the problem. It's just the money. You're saying if I pay for it it's OK. |
