Last night, as I was reading my past posts and the replies, I became ashamed and embarrassed of what I had written and the deplorable lack of maturity therein. I also noticed that I was not alone. Either by using bad language or calling others mean, nasty names and changing people’s names for humorous effect, I realized that this is no way to conduct a civilized discussion on this board. I hereby pledge to debate with intelligence and decorum that expresses differing opinions, but without the vitriol that permeates the internet enough. Some of what I have seen on other message boards could easily be classified as outright bullying. I hope that you will reply and make a similar pledge.
