Where it is at is of no importance.  Why, is.  What else does Muscatine have that is worth being a spy for?

I always have lamented the dissapearance of all the old neighborhood taverns.  I always thought it was Bush's fault, even before he became President.  Now I believe it was the Chinese, all along.

But it does seem that our fair city has signed a pact with the devil, doesn't it?  And that's totally understandable.  The devil, I hear, is very devious. Now, what's Hoppy going to do about it?
