And how tall or short must she be so that wouldn't be "discrimination"?

You never have given us an age when we can safely be called "old".   What is it?

In your deliberations you might consider that a 10 year old could consider someone in their thirties old.

She's right, you know.  Some things you can just tell about someone and shouldn't be afraid to tell them.  For example, we can tell simply by what Mal says here that he/she is a dope. No judgement there.....merely fact based on observation. 

"I didn't realize you would pull that kind of trick on anybody.   And you certainly didn't have to tell me.   Or tell anybody else either."

Does this make sense to any of you?  What kind of trick?  I can't recall doing anything that was not consensual.  No trickery involved.  Malodery is not making sense again.  What do we have here now, a self appointed Nurse Ratched?
