Driving around Muscatine, it appears Lofgren vs. Miller Meeks sign warfare is in full swing.  Same for the Iowa House race.  So, who should we vote for?  Maybe we should ask what have you done for Muscatine?  Did you ever accomplish anything in your previous career?  

Did Lofgren sell his practice? Did Carlson ever get a new business to locate in Muscatine? Did Miller Meeks ever help someone being a doctor?  

What are the true issues to be discussed?

The way things are now...and based on the last 20 years or so, I just vote a straight Republican ticket.  It gets the right thing done expeditiously.  With all we've seen up to this point, It would be obviously foolish to not do this.

As sad as I am to admit it being an Independent, I am voting for nobody Democrat this time. I feel they have been the ruin of our country for the past several years and cannot vote for any of them. I will remain Independent and if they get their collective heads out of their asses I may change in later elections.
