I did in fact call the ethics board, and they did confirm that Howard has not filed a report.  They are looking into this issue. Please don't attempt to cover up the issue by calling endorsing stupid views.  There will be a investigation by the ethics board, and you are right, its not up to him to put it up on the ethics web site, and they cannot put something up when it hasn't been filed by Howard.  

There is only one other possible solution.  No one has given him any campaign donations.  You are only to file if you receive more than $750.00, I believe.  Why don't you get your Head back into the atmosphere, besides it stinks where it presently is.

In conclusion, Howard did in fact tell a lie, and he will probably pay for it next Tuesday. His opponent, a woman, did not lie.  Do you people out there even know who his opponent is?
