The only thing not happening is enforcement of current laws. We don't need more legislation; we need "illegal" bloodsuckers removed per the law.

Someone, some party, made a concious decision:

1.  Not to spend the funds and the effort to close and secure the border.

2.  Not to enforce the laws currently on the books.

We now must decide to do these things.
