Well, Muscatine has done it again, MADE THE NEWS ON TELEVISION. It is rare that Muscatine even makes the news on TV, but to make the announcement that we have a law enforcement official that possibly took extra liberties with a woman is not the type of news Muscatine Needs. As members of Muscatine, its unfortunate that we have to address this issue, but now we don't have any choice.
We must keep in mind Muscatine is a community of have and have not's, and law enforcement do in fact protect the have's. So why go after one of the solders in the field?
