Had an opportunity to look at the Muscatine Mayor debate on local TV channel. The existing Mayor indicated he had a meeting with the China people right after the Leage of Women forum that same evening.
The Mayor also indicated he has been in China severawl times, but was very quick to say not on taxpayers money. He also didn't volunteer as to who did in fact pay for it, and as well as the City Administrator. Next, the China connection Hotel will be getting another $150,000.00 for something from the City.
HMM, is there a skunk in the woodpile here?
