The City Council is apparently in the process of removing ALL power from Mayor's office. What a coup! I haven't seen a takeover like this in many years. The unfortunate issue is that they intend to give all of this power to the City Administrator. Should this happen, we all will be able to live in fear. Fear of keeping our home, fear of being legally executed, as it is giving full power of the Chief of Police, and Fire Chief to the City Administrator.
It's going to be interesting to see when Big Brother or any OF US says something that the City Administrator DOESN'T LIKE, how long before we get our home seized or closed down, or taken by "City Hall"
Don't complain, we elected the City Council, there is nothing that can be done, we are had.
