A lot has changed since 2008 - for the better. The development is now completed. Newcomers since 2008 are obvioulsy taking more pride in their homes and properties. Most of the people who you refer to are gone. The development was finally completed in early 2010 and is looking better. All in all much improved from the crazy days at the height of the bubble. Worth a look for anyone moving in to the area, albeit not that many homes on the market right now. |
