Central Falls made huge cuts to the library, which is already understaffed and will seriously suffer with more layoffs. Meanwhile, the highway department, police, and city council get raises. Not the way to balance a budget if you ask me.

May be correct, but I only have the time to try to decipher Pawtucket's budget which seems to have made a few cuts but nothing seems to have suffered here except the taxpayers trying to pay for the 25-48% increases as from the meeting a few weeks ago
