Our Purpose

To inform and educate the members about current events that impact our neighborhoods lifestyle. To further the civic and social improvements and to protect and preserve our property values and lifestyles of the North Andrews Neighborhood of Broward County, Florida. N.A.N.A. shall be non-sectarian and non-partisan.

Our Membership

Membership in N.A.N.A. shall consist of residential property owners, home owners, and residents of the neighborhoods of Collier Estates, North Andrews Gardens, North Andrews Terrace, and Patterson Park.

We Look Forward to Your Membership

If you live in Collier Estates, Patterson Park, North Andrews Gardens or North Andrews Terrace, we want you to be one with us and have your voice heard. We can steer you to the proper division of our City Government to insure you are recognized and your concern is addressed.

Dues are just $10.00 per person per year and every member receives our newsletter the NANA Banner News every other month.

We appreciate participation at our monthly meetings held the third Thursday of weach month at the North Andrews Gardens Recreation center at 250 NE 56th Court.

About our association

North Andrews Neighborhood Assocoation

The association has been serving over 4000 homes in Collier Estates, Brentwood Estates, Patterson Park, North Andrews Gardens and North Andrews Terrace since 1959.

The Purpose of N.A.N.A.

Monthly Meetings & Location

General membership meetings are held on the third (3rd) Thursday of every month at 7pm. Please review the NANA Banner News for location, but we normally meet at the N. Andrews Garden Recreation Center located at 250 NE 56th Court. However, if the date falls on a legal holiday the meeting is held on the following Thursday.
