NAP- Neighborhood Alliance of Pawtucket

Has anyone from the city of Pawtucket ever considered using an empty mill site to lure a college like the Community College of Rhode Island into Pawtucket? It could help high school students who may not be able to afford to leave the city immediately. Get an education to get a better standard of life.

Most of the mill sites are spoken for in various development, and it is costly as CCRI discovered in Newport to put in a new site....any gov't money available from Bush for a jump start?

Lincoln and Warwick is close enough for CCRI and RIC or the URI downtown...How convenient do they need it if they want it.
