Pawtucket homeless are now living in doghouses. However, the dogs will be living in a new $2.2 million shelter in Slater Park. I have a solution. Collect a number of neighborhood doghouses and have the poor live in "luxury" condominiums. Would anyone suggest the homeless live in doghouses on waterfront property? Can anyone donate two Sani-Kans for bathroom facilities. Does anyone see anything crazy about this scenario?
