Time to get the cars out of the way so the streets can be cleaned up...and remind your neighbors too...BTW...great way to keep the aluminum cans in the Recycle bins is to step on them to crush them so they help offset the sanitation bill to the city. It all counts vs the guys in the trucks loading them up in their trucks and not helping our tax bill.

Dear Arthur and friends,

      I very rarely worry about what is in my recycling bins. By the time I put out the last garbage bin, someone has cleaned out my soda recyclables.  Unfortunately, about five people each week are going through my trash, hopefully not to search for food.

Jim..and others- Those few are not the problem...but they too affect the cost of the city trash bill...but there are quite a few hogs who fill up their new cars and trucks on the backs of city residents...so squash the cans and that too will help-and stop them from scouring thru the garbage and recycles. Arthur

I agree...why pay more taxes and too often some of them even toss stuff on the ground and we have to pick up. If these rules are there and you disagree...then speak to ypur council and rep member to change the rules...why do we have to pay for rule breakers in time or money.. BigAllan
