Vacation Week Programs

PAWTUCKET - The Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket is offering activities for children, age 5 to 12, during February school vacation week, Feb. 16 to 20.
The theme for the five-day break is Great American Heroes and Competitors. The cost is $85. Department of Human Services assistance is accepted.
The week's activities are as follows.
Monday: Kids will audition for the Pawtucket Idol singing contest, snorkel for buried treasure in the Club pool, or learn about famous American Heroes.
Tuesday: There will be a field trip to Patriot Cinemas to see a movie, competition in the Club's version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire", and prizes during the swimming pool diving contest.
Wednesday: Duckpin bowling, a Jeopardy tournament, games room activities, basketball tournaments or going for the gold in swimming pool relay races.
Thursday: Kids will challenge themselves in Project Adventure by scaling the climbing wall or skating at USA Skates.
Friday: The program finale will be a celebration for everyone during the "Un-birthday Party", complete with ice cream sundaes and a talent competition.
The Club's drop-off time during February school vacation week is 7 a.m. and pick up is 6 p.m.
