Paris-based Capeverdean singer Mika Mendes will be in the United States in March to perform some of his greatest hits during two live shows.
On Friday, March 6th, 2009, Mika will unveil his Zouk/R&B infused style at Club Morabeza in Brockton, MA, followed by another show at Teresa Restaurant in Kissimmee, Florida, on Saturday, March 7th, 2009.
Presented by Primo Entertainment and TT Entertainment, the show at Morabeza will also feature newcomer Ana Teixeira.
A native of Nice, France, Mika, the son of legendary singer/guitarist Gerard "Boy Gé" Mendes, has already reached success here in the U.S. with "Criola," "Dimensão," and "Linda Bo E," songs part of his album "New Style" released last year.
