I think the Broadway Theater is now near the site of the Family Dollar store, near Church of the Good Shepard on Broadway.  I think a brake shop stands at the site of the Broadway Theater, which may have been torn down in the mid 1970's.

Cool, but do you remember the Imperial Theater across from the Leroy?

I recall hearing about it, but someone said the Leroy was built but the Payne family I think in the coal business...

Was Payne Park named after the same Paynes I wonder

No, I only recall the Imperial Theater in pictures in Susan Boucher's "History of Pawtucket".
