Wednesday, May 13, 2009 Dear Arthur and friends, Why cannot the state school districts develop one state curriculum and mass purchase the same text books for all subjects? That way, if a child moves from Exeter-West Greenwich to Pawtucket, the child will not lose time or grades. As of now, the state of Texas and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania employ this purchasing system. Peace, Ludlow1
