Yes...so true and yet we all forget to be smart.

Actually the recycling bandits have always worried me, but I guess there are others concerned about them and so I guess we should too

The recycles I think cut the cost for the city of our trash and who know if these guys trashpicking are not spotting our houses too/

Some of them drive some fancy rigs...that we must pay for

Trash pickups on thursday for us...will have to check this out...I could believe some of the people are thieves and will call the cops
