NAP- Neighborhood Alliance of Pawtucket

This was reported to me last nite by a loyal neighborhood watch member and would concern all of us who lived there. Some frustrated residents are ready to leave and sell their houses.

Around 9:00 - A horde of teenagers (about 30) were shouting and walking up and down Waltham - apparently some were drinking and smoking dope - I guess the police were called and they eventually left -

Now (@10:00) some ten or so are standing  on the corner of Waltham and Blodgett proudly smoking dope and cursing.  I've called the police - haven't seen anyone yet - but the police are pretty reliable.

Lots of folks in the area are pretty upset about this wave of teenagers coming into the area and hanging out  - don't think they are from the area.

4-5 police cars showed and dispersed them but were there any arrests?

How can we get these troubled youth prosecuted and the irresponsible landlords?
