The Blackstone River Watershed Council/Friends of the Blackstone cordially invite you to attend the historic ground breaking ceremony that will start the construction of the Main Street & Slater Mill Fish Ladders on the Blackstone River in Pawtucket, RI. Please join us as we celebrate this historic moment of environmental recovery and participate in the history of the Blackstone River!
