This Tuesday, on June 22 at 6:00 pm, the public is invited to the first meeting to discuss the Pawtucket Downtown Design Plan. The meeting will be held at the Blackstone Valley Visitor Center. Thurlow Small Architects will lead a team of consultants in a project to help improve traffic patterns, parking, public space and zoning to enhance downtown for residents, businesses and visitors.
This meeting will kick off the project by introducing the design and consultant team, the project process and ways to get involved.
The Pawtucket Foundation is pleased to partner with the City of Pawtucket to help fund this important project that will build on the transportation and building infrastructure necessary for the City's continued revitalization.
