Did you know?
This summer, a new federal law to reduce addiction, disease and death caused by tobacco products will go into effect? This law will require a number of changes in the ways tobacco products are promoted, manufactured, sold, advertised & etc. Some of the changes will be visible in your very own corner store! This is great news for tobacco control, but what does it mean for other health issues?
When the tobacco ads and promotional tactics change - what goes up?
Join us for a conversation about the possible impact of this new law on the health of our community – especially our kids. Let’s seize this chance to make our retail stores healthier across the board!
