City of Pawtucket Hazard Mitigation Plan Public Meeting Thursday

I hope to get the old plan and the draft of the new plan posted soon, but I was unable to locate any of the material on the website for easy access. Is it something that residents care about except if they have been affected at the emergency time? Do we really want to plan for emergencies?

I sure do not get the idea that the city cares for real people but more their buildings
