Such gloom and doom all around so I wonder with new officials and all of us needing some boosting- what can we do a little better now for 2011?

Why focus on the positives?

 It can help all people in 2011. 

This is what is working, rather than what isn't. It is often motivated by discovering and focusing on successes instead of failure.

We also perform better when the focus is on otr strengths and not their weaknesses.

After these events in Arizona, we sure need some tolerance from these Palinites and Tea Party folks to tune down the hate. Set a positive example at least for the kids
